Training administration
- Training administration for development programmes and workshops. This frees up your staff from the burden of managing diaries, venues and suppliers, enabling them to focus on core, value-adding tasks
Co-ordination of off-site events

Psychometric services
- These can include the provision, administration and one-to-one feedback using a wide range of appropriate psychometric and other instruments, for instance Myers Briggs MBTI, 16PF, RPQ, Firo-B, TeamBuilder and many others.
Supply and administration of our 360° I-View product
- This is available online or paper-based. We can also design competency frameworks, behavioural models and 360° questionnaires. Our contribution can also include one-to-one coaching that enables each individual and their organisation to get maximum value from the analysis through expert and independent feedback
